The Benefits of Reverse Kegels During Sex (Dick press)

What if I told you that women can tell if your penis hits the gym?

And what if I told you that if you do a simple sex exercise, you’ll effectively be sending your penis to a personal training regimen, which means you’ll be able to last longer in bed, strengthen the power and strength of your erections and make sex feel amazing for her.

This sex tip is called a reverse kegel. Otherwise known as the dick press. And will help you last longer during sex. (Among other benefits we’ll get to in just a minute.)

What is a Reverse Kegel?

You’re probably familiar with a regular kegel. (Contract the PC muscles over and over again so you can strengthen them). But a reverse kegel is extra helpful because it helps you develop power over when you choose to relax or cool down from high arousal levels.

So basically, the closer you are to ejaculation, the tighter and tenser your PC muscles are.

But when you’re further from ejaculation, your PC muscles become more relaxed.

5 Reasons Why You Would Want to Use a Reverse Kegel

Why make your penis hit the gym at all? Here’s a few reasons:

1. They make sex feel amazing.

And not only just to you! They help strengthen your erections, which leads us to our next point:

2. They make you super hard.

Reverse kegels send additional blood to your cock, so if you ever find yourself at half-mast, having a hard time achieving a rock-solid erection, reverse kegels can help “pump up” your penis.

3. They are really good for your pelvic floor

If you ever deal with urinary incontinence issues or any other problem with your pelvic floor muscles, practicing reverse kegels can strengthen the entire pelvic area, bolstering your overall sexual health.

4. They help reduce tension.

Normal kegels increase tension by helping you learn to contract those muscles.

Reverse kegels, on the other hand, give you the power to relax those muscles and to move further away from orgasm on command.

5. Reverse kegels are really good for stamina and even for arousal.

If you find yourself only lasting a minute or two in bed, and you’re really trying to figure out how to last longer during sex and delay ejaculation, reverse kegels are a great way to learn how to cool down — even when you’re in the middle of having sex.

How to Practice Reverse Kegels

So first, try regular kegel exercises, and check out my video on kegels for men.

Once you’ve mastered that, try the reverse kegel. If we’re thinking of a regular kegel as “squeezing in”, we can think of reverse kegels as “pushing out”.

This is basically a “dick press”.

Without further ado, here’s exactly how to do a reverse kegel.

Step 1: Get comfortable and breathe.

Get into a seated position where you’re sitting on the space between your penis and anus, and focus on your breathing.

The breath is really important because we’re going to use the breath to aid our visualizations so that we can master the reverse kegel.

As you breathe in, feel how your diaphragm fills out and drops down a little bit.

Step 2: Visualize

And now, as you breathe in, imagine a flower blooming out from your taint (or the space between your penis and anus.)

Step 3: Time to Push

As you visualize, push out on your penis muscle. This feels like pushing out near your butt region.

It feels like you’re encouraging yourself to either pee or fart or take a bowel movement all at the same time.

So push out and you should be able to feel it (at about a 3 out of 10 on the intensity scale.) And that, my friends, is essentially a dick press or a reverse kegel. Congratulations. You did your first dick press.

Tips for Trying Reverse Kegels During Sex

Last longer in bed and give her amazing sensations with your super-hard dick with these tips.

1. Start with stillness

Graduate eventually to motion.

Look, stillness is underrated during sex. Stillness really allows her to feel the distinction because she won’t be able to feel a difference when you’re not being still.

2. Have her be on top the first time you try this.

This way, your muscles are relaxed.

All you have to think about is the reverse kegel and you don’t have to think about any other mechanism like pushing or thrusting.

3. Use reverse kegels during foreplay or the earlier parts of penetration

If you feel yourself getting too aroused and want her to bring her to orgasm first before you come, try a reverse kegel. This will help you stave off ejaculation.

4. Don’t be afraid to check in with her

Gather feedback, ask her if she can feel a difference, if your dick feels stronger and harder, and if you’re hitting her G-spot with it.
